4:30pm        Load Buses - West End of the Oak Street Parking Lot near
                   PE Complex

5:00pm        Buses will Depart.

                   * there will be opportunities to stop for meals and breaks during this trip

Saturday, December 15, 2018

1:00pm        Estimated Time of Arrival at the Stadium

                  *  Arrangements have been made for you to use the stadium facilities before game time

                      to freshen up

3:00pm        Game Time Kick-Off

7:30pm        Load Buses

8:00pm        Depart for Valdosta 

Sunday, December 16, 2018

5:00pm        Estimated time of Arrival in Valdosta
