Thanks for visiting us! The VSU Grounds Department, a division of Physical Plant, is committed to providing the University community with the highest quality service in the areas of Horticulture, Landscape Maintenance, Landscape Construction, Irrigation and Trash Compaction.

The distinctive beauty of our campus is maintained twelve months a year by a team of dedicated men and women who take pride in their role of making the physical attraction of the campus a positive part of the University experience. Routine work is scheduled and tracked through a maintenance management system which addresses everything from mowing frequency to equipment servicing. Work outside the routine is handled by work order.
