  • If scheduling permits, setup of these facilities may be altered (see Special Service Fees).

  • A piano is available in the Auditorium.

  • Information Technology will open the facility for those requesting audio visual support; all other reservations will need to call University Police (229-333-7816) for entry into facility.

  • For events occurring after 5:30pm, a CE Building Manager is requires (see Special Service Fee.)
